Why sue the employer?

The employer CHOSE to accept whatever lies were said about you . They chose to accept her words. They may have done so because the employer feared multi million dollar lawsuits from the woman.

But, it was the employers choice.

The CRO have case histories of people who were sacked, and who acquired written statements from the woman that the behavior was welcomed: YET they were still sacked!
