What is hostile environment sex harassment

Hostile environment harassment is

hostile work environment is deemed to occur when sexual harassment unreasonably interferes with an employees work performance or creates an offensive or intimidating work environment. In order for a claim for hostile work environment, the complainer must be able to prove that there was more than a single incident of harassment and they may also have to show that the sexual conduct was unwelcome

The above is a legal definition. But the HR manager does not have to prove anything.

The courts encourage the HR manager to sack men, on the grounds of "If the HR manager has a good faith belief" that harassment occurred. This is encouraged with the threat of multi million dollar lawsuits.

The CRO has knowledge of several cases where men were sacked without being asked a single question and without a single witness being interviewed.

This law leaves men with the burden of expensive litigation within a legal system which favors the employer.
